Orders for in-stock items placed by 3pm Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day. Do not delay - we also manage to ship many orders that are placed as late as 5pm EST!

With our current shipping promotion, all orders with merchandise valued at $250 or more shipping within the continental U.S. will receive free Ground shipping via reliable UPS Ground service. Our other fixed shipping rates are as follows:

Tiger GPS uses flat-rate shipping costs only (your shipping cost is the same no matter how many items you buy and no matter where in the fifty U.S. states you are located). We highly recommend providing a physical street address so that we may fully insure and track shipments (UPS, Fedex, and DHL do not deliver to P.O. Boxes). However, we do offer USPS Priority Mail service for customers wishing to take delivery at a P.O. Box, as well as for members of the U.S. Armed Forces with an APO or FPO address.

All U.S. shipments within the 50 states are trackable and fully insured; the customer will be provided with a tracking number via our order tracking page, http://www.tigergps.com/tracking.html. You can track your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our web site.

* International customers: we only ship via UPS or FedEx International Express, which costs $60-$90, and is fully insured and guaranteed and generally only takes 2-3 business days to arrive. For orders shipping outside the USA only, since international shipping rates cannot be calculated in real time, you may be billed up to $90 for shipping even if our shopping cart indicates a shipping cost of $60, based on order size and shipping destination. If shipping costs exceed $90, we will notify you prior to shipping your order. Please be advised that orders shipped outside the USA will be marked as commercial goods and your government may impose customs import duty or tax on your order. You are solely responsible for paying any and all of these duties (as they vary by country). Please direct any customs-related inquiries to the customs bureau in your own country.

Please note: any customers wishing to pay with a credit card issued by a non-US bank may be asked to furnish additional information to verify the identiy of the cardholder. For orders above $1000, we may not accept a foreign credit card. In this instance, the only payment options are wire transfer or domestic check or money order.

If you manage to find a lower price for any item in our store, simply click the "Submit Items to be Price Matched" button below. You will receive a lower price quote via email as well as instructions on how to order at this lower price. We will apply your discount before we charge your card (for this reason, all price match inquiries must be made in advance of order placement). Unfortunately we cannot honor any price match requests after an order has been placed due to constantly changing online prices. In addition, price matches will not be honored for any exchanged merchandise, only for new orders.

Our price policy applies to the total price of your order, so do not be fooled by sites that charge outrageous prices for shipping or accessories!. If you take all this into account, our total price will almost always be lower!

Please note: eBay auctions are not valid unless you have found a lower "Buy it Now" price. We reserve the right to not match eBay prices if the seller is not an authorized dealer of the brand he is selling. We reserve the right to not match prices for orders shipped internationally, and we do not match prices for orders billed to foreign credit cards.
